Currently, Shipio supports FAN Courier for deliveries in Moldova and Parflex for deliveries in Romania. We are actively working on adding more courier integrations.

No hidden fees! Shipio is completely free to use. The only costs you'll have are the actual shipping fees charged directly by FAN Courier or Parflex for each shipment.

Shipping costs are charged directly by the courier services (FAN Courier or Parflex) to your account with them. Shipio does not process or collect any courier payments.

How long does setup take?

Most merchants complete the setup in about 5 minutes. Simply install the app, enter your courier API credentials, and you're ready to start shipping.

Do I need a courier account before installing?

Yes, you need an active account with FAN Courier and/or Parflex to use Shipio. The app connects to their APIs using your credentials to generate AWBs and retrieve rates.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication with Shopify, and we comply with GDPR regulations. We never sell your data.

What happens if I uninstall Shipio?

Your configuration data will be deleted within 30 days of uninstallation. Historical AWB records may be retained as required by law. You can reinstall anytime.
